Reducing meat intake is a great way to save money. It can also help your health too. I work on a non profit campaign called Meatless Monday which encourages people to cut meat from their diets just once a week. Cutting back on saturated fats by 15% - which is equivalent to going meatless one day a week - reduces your risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and stroke.
I created this blog so that I could share money saving ideas, frugal living ideas, tips and using coupons and finding them in Canada or in particular Southwestern Ontario.
About me...
Just trying to live within my means by clipping coupons and living as frugally and simply as possible.
We are a family of 6 (b20, g19, g16, g5) plus our dog living on one income sometimes but currently on little income as my husband's plant has closed. So trying to make a go of things with the provisions that we have been given.
